Treat yourself to a high protein chia seed dessert, that tastes as good as it looks. A great low calorie treat packed full of goodness, don't miss out.

Ingredients
  • 40 g chia seeds
  • 270ml milk (of choice)
  • 2 smidgens of Sweetia
  • greek yoghurt
  • fruit and nuts to decorate
Directions
  • Step 1 Add chia seeds to milk of choice along with 2 smidgens of Sweetia.
  • Step 2 Whisk well, cover and place in the fridge overnight to thicken.
  • Step 3 Start to layer the chia seeds, yoghurt, fruit and nuts to create your personalised chia seed dessert.
  • Step 4 Ensure your layering is neat if you want it to be Instagram worthy.
  • Step 5 Grab yourself a spoon and tuck in.
